We Help Business Women Succeed

Pittsburgh Professional Women is pleased to present Leadership Academy for Women™, an innovative leadership development program for aspiring women leaders in Western PA. This twelve-week course is designed to help women understand their leadership style, develop authentic leadership skills, and learn to lead others effectively.

The academy includes:

  • 10 group workshops (description and schedule below)
  • 2 private coaching sessions 
  • Enneagram leadership assessment 
  • Professional headshot photo and bio
  • A small group environment where you can learn and develop your leadership skills
  • Experiential learning 
  • New professional connections
  • Instant circle of supportive fellow leaders
Our SIXTH Class of Graduates begins April 2, 2019. This session will meet on Tuesdays from 10am to 12noon  at the Pittsburgh Professional Women offices on Perry Highway, just fifteen minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh.  See the full schedule of classes below.

Each graduate will have a professional head shot photo and a professional bio by the end of the course, along with knowledge, connections and a circle of alumni that she can rely on for years to come.

The investment for Leadership Academy for Women is $1200 for members of Pittsburgh Professional Women and $1500 for non-members. Corporations who send more than two students will receive a discount.

Beth Caldwell is the lead instructor of Leadership Academy for women. She is the author of the book Smart Leadership, and the host of the popular WebTV Show by the same name.
