Announcing the Sixth Class of Leadership Academy for Women

This is an innovative leadership development program for aspiring women leaders in Western PA. This course is designed to help women understand their leadership style, develop authentic leadership skills, and learn to lead others effectively. The class is limited to ten women and upon graduation, you'll have new skills to improve:

  • leadership effectiveness 
  • communication
  • negotiation
  • positioning
You will have a new professional headshot photo and developed a professional bio. You'll understand your leadership style as well as the styles of those you lead. You'll discover the importance of leading others, developing future leaders, delegating and managing your time effectively. You'll learn new tools for being mindful so that you can be an effective manager and negotiator. You'll be empowered to withstand criticism, navigate conflict and develop a positive culture in your work and home environment. You'll have created new and long lasting professional friendships and, most importantly uncovered your leadership potential.

Meet the instructor:

Beth Caldwell is the lead instructor of Leadership Academy for women. She is the author of the book Smart Leadership, and the host of the popular WebTV Show by the same name.
