You're in for a January treat when you attend this presentation from local leaders Beth Caldwell and Kim McClure. Despite challenging personal and professional obstacles, these women have persevered and achieved success and fulfillment both at work and at home, and they want the same for you. Prepare to be inspired and motivated as they share their deeply personal stories and how they replaced guilt, shame and judgment with fierce optimism and purpose.

Beth and Kim will share their best strategies for:

  • Building Resilience
  • Reclaiming Confidence
  • Making Wise Choices
  • Resolving Guilt and Shame around past decisions
  • Overcoming the Imposter Syndrome

Attend this gathering of women leaders if:

  • you want to be influential instead of just successful
  • you struggle with the imposter syndrome
  • you need a confidence boost
  • you enjoy positive energy and enthusiasm
  • you're ready to stop feeling shame or guilt for past choices
  • you want to support other women to become their best selves
  • you're ready to stop accommodating others, stop living small and become the woman you were meant to be
Meet the speakers:
Kim McClure leads a team of women who have collectively produced more than 20 million dollars in sales. Her income tops seven figures and she's earned trips to more than 25 countries around the world. Born in a small town in Ohio, Kim began her career as a registered nurse because she wanted to make a difference in people's lives. She never imagined that she'd one day be leading a top producing sales team of more than 1400.  Her mission is to help women reach their true value and empower them to live their dreams and leave a legacy.

Beth Caldwell has been gathering groups of females since she was 8 years old. As a child, she'd write manuals for self-improvement from her mom's magazines, host meetings  in the family living room and give motivational talks. Although she began her career in airline services, and moved to social work before becoming an entrepreneur, the common theme in her work has always been to make the world a better place. Today she is a full time professional speaker and writer. Beth is the author of 7 leadership and self help books for women. You can find her columns and articles in many prestigious publications and blogs including THRIVE Global, The Pittsburgh Business Times and Smart Business Magazine. In 2013 she launched Leadership Academy for Women and in 2014 she joined the Steve Harvey Success Institute where she trained and mentored entrepreneurs around the world.  Her mission is to help women succeed in life and business.
Registration includes food, non alcoholic drinks, the workshop, materials, and the opportunity to network with exceptional women leaders. Registration is $45 for Pittsburgh Professional Women members and friends of Kim McClure. Non members pay $59.

Seating is limited to 36, so register early using the buttons above. We're meeting at the beautiful brand new AC Hotel at the edge of the Strip District near the Convention Center. Valet Parking is available at the hotel, as well as several public lots nearby.

Invite your friends to One Empowered Evening. You'll be motivated, refreshed and inspired.

See you there.
