Akemi Harrison, Emmy Nominated Executive Producer for WPXI TV News Pittsburgh knows how to think BIG. After graduating college in her home state of Mississippi, Akemi launched her news career by working as a radio announcer and news writer. Prior to moving to Pittsburgh, she produced the Morning Show in Sacramento, CA. Akemi is now the Executive Producer of Channel 11 News at 11pm, the #1 rated newscast in Pittsburgh for that time slot. She and her team received an Emmy nomination for their news story about the death of Officer Brian Shaw in 2018.
Beth Caldwell has been making big plans since preschool. She is the host of the Smart Leadership WebTV show, the founder of Leadership Academy for Women, an instructor with the Steve Harvey Success Institute and the author of numerous books and articles on the topics of leadership and success. As an entrepreneur who has overcome multiple obstacles in life and business, Beth is known for her inspirational and enthusiastic determination and resilience. She is the winner of the Pittsburgh Magazine 40 Under 40 Award and has been recognized by Pennsylvania Women Work with the Woman of Courage Award.
