600 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15282*

Attend to discover important skill sets that all leaders will want to master.

During this workshop, we’ll take a deep dive into:

  • Cultivating Authenticity
  • Setting Boundaries
  • Developing Courage as a Leader
  • Leading with Integrity
  • How to Lead by Finding Potential

Is it time for you to step up and lead?

Past participants reported an immediate improvement to workplace culture and personal responsibility.

Meet the presenter:

Kristi Mallory works with leaders who want to lead and succeed with empathy, competence, and resiliency. Her presentations focus on developing courage-building skills  to help individuals, teams and organizations drop the armor and lead daringly.

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program…what Brené refers to as a “skill-based playbook for leaders.” The most significant finding from her latest research is that courage is not an inherent quality (you either have it or you don’t) but rather it is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.

As the former vice president of her family’s multi-generational grease and industrial lubricant manufacturing business, Kristi understands group dynamics and the importance of having well-oiled systems in place. Her passion of more than 20 years for personal and organizational growth eventually led to coaching as a new career.

In 2019, Kristi became a Brené Brown Certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator. Kristi lives and works in San Antonio, Texas.
